Option 1: Even Exchanges (Free Shipping)

Need a different size? We cover the shipping costs both ways so you get the perfect fit.

  • Log into the Account Portal and select your item.
  • Required: In the comment box, please type the New Size you would like.
  • We will email you a prepaid shipping label.
  • Once we receive your item, we will ship your exchange immediately at no additional fee.

*Note: If the requested exchange item is no longer available at the time of processing, you will be automatically issued Store Credit for the full value of the item.

Option 2: Store Credit (Free Shipping)

Not ready to pick a new item yet? Get full credit to use whenever you like.

  • Log into the Account Portal and select your item.
  • In the comment box, type Store Credit.
  • We will email you a prepaid shipping label.
  • When we receive the item, you’ll receive a code for 100% of your item's value.

*Note: If an exchange was preferred but the item is unavailable, Store Credit is our standard automated alternative to ensure you don't miss out.

Option 3: Standard Refund

  • Initiate your return via the Account Portal.
  • For refunds, customers must purchase their own shipping label.
  • Mail the item back to us; once inspected, we will refund your original payment method.
Please Note: Original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable and not eligible for refund.
