We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal.

You can also pay in 4 interest free payments with Shop Pay.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number, an order summary, and the shipping address.

Please note that order confirmation emails may sometimes be mistakenly filtered into your spam or junk folder. Be sure to check these folders if you don't see the confirmation in your inbox.

If you’ve checked your spam folder, allowed some time for the email to arrive, and verified your email address but still haven't received the confirmation, please contact our customer support team. Provide your full name and order number, and our team will help verify your order status and resend the confirmation if needed.

We understand that circumstances may change; however, due to our commitment to fast processing, your order is promptly prepared for shipment once it is received. As a result, we kindly request that customers carefully review their orders before completing payment.

If the item(s) do not meet your expectations, they may be returned within 14 days, in accordance with our return policy.

If the package has not been delivered, we do have a few options to explore. We guarantee your customer satisfaction and will do our best to remedy the situation regarding your order.

• Most often, we find that the carrier either delivered the package to the wrong address/apartment number, or the delivery person left the package in a different spot than they usually do (back/side door, inside a fenced area, under or behind something to protect it from theft, at the front desk of an apartment building, etc.) Asking neighbors or roommates if they accidentally got your package and a quick search of the property is usually the fastest way to finding the package.

• If your package doesn't turn up after the search above, we recommend placing a call to the carrier's local office. The local offices often have a lot more info about who delivered the package and where they left it. They're also more willing to disclose that info to the recipient of the package than they are to anyone else.

If the package does not show within 7 days from its initial delivery date or last tracking update, please contact us for further help.

Orders take up to 2 business days to process. Please also keep in mind this will not include holidays and weekends. Once processed your tracking info will be sent via email.

No, customs fees, duties, and taxes are covered by us.

Due to how quickly our orders are processed we are unable to update an address. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. Depending on their policies, you may be able to request a package redirection or rerouting, which may incur additional fees and is subject to carrier approval.

To prevent similar issues, please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. Ensure that all details, including apartment numbers, street names, and postal/ZIP codes, are accurate.
