We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we strive to make the process as seamless as possible. Please take note of our return/refund policy:

Refunds:

To receive a refund to your original form of payment, items must be returned in
new condition with tags. Please note, Zamage does not offer pre-paid shipping labels to return items and does not cover the cost of return shipping fees.

We accept returns up to 14 days after the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, all merchandise must be unworn, in its original condition, and with tags attached. Please ensure that the items are carefully packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Condition of Merchandise:


Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. We cannot issue a refund for items that have been altered, washed, or damaged in any way. If the merchandise is returned without the original tags or in a condition that renders it unsellable, it will not be credited back.
